This 100 percent acrylic acrythane coating offers superior elongation and tensile strength, with a solar reflectance of 85 percent for maximum energy efficiency. Benchmark meets the strict code requirements of the Uniform Building Code and is recognized by the International Conference of Building Officials and other authorities.
Quality Selection: Rapid Roof III
Rapid Roof III, the third generation of Conklin's original roof coating system, is designed to be lightweight, flexible, seamless and weatherproof. Comprised of a fire classified light tan base coat, and a highly reflective standard white top coat with a solar reflectivity of 84 percent. Rapid Roof III cures to a tack-free, dirt-resistant finish. Rapid Roof III also offers the option of light blue, light tan and light gray top coats.
Solid Choice: Rapid Roof HV
Rapid Roof HV delivers the same waterproof, seamless qualities as Conklin's other acrylic elastomeric coatings, but at a lower price because it doesn't carry the costly code approvals and fire ratings. Rapid Roof HV has a solar reflectance of 82 percent.
