Benchmark
Benchmark premium roofing system, provides the toughest protection available. With superior elongation and tensile strength, Benchmark outperforms other acrylic coatings in withstanding expansion and contraction caused by temperature extremes. It's also the most resistant to punctures, acid rain, air pollutants and ultraviolet degradation. Benchmark meets the strict requirements of the Uniform Building Code and is recognized by the Underwriters' Laboratories, the International Conference of Building Officials, as well as Factory Mutual and Dade County, Florida. Benchmark (white) has a solar reflectivity of 85 percent.
Rapid Roof III
Rapid Roof III, the third generation of Conklin's original roof coating system, is designed to be lightweight, flexible, seamless and weatherproof. Comprised of a fire classified light tan base coat, and a highly reflective standard white top coat with a solar reflectivity of 84 percent. Rapid Roof III cures to a tack-free, dirt-resistant finish. Rapid Roof III also offers the option of light blue, light tan and light gray top coats.

The Prime Time Plus system provides the benefit for year-round energy savings from the high-grade insulation while the acrylic elastomeric coating system protects the foam from the elements.
